Cultural bookings:

We’re looking artists / producers or groups who are capable of producing an exciting multi-bill/extravaganza with running times anywhere from 2 to 4 hours in length. We rarely book random line-ups or short sets but rather prefer to present evenings that have a large scope and a focused aesthetic vision. We encourage artists to take full advantage of our technical capabilities and the beautiful ambience of our space. Galapagos Art Space seats 250 persons, your act or event or show needs to fill at least half that.

Fundraising & Private Events:

Galapagos is available to be booked for special events for everything from space rentals, film/photo shoots, private events, to fundraisers. Some of our past partners include: The Guggenheim Museum, The Whitney Museum, MOMA/ PS1, The French Ministry of Culture, Film Director Jim Jarmusch, Amnesty International, Doctors Without Borders, NYFA, Williamsburg Neighborhood Nursery School, among many, many others.

In the last 9 months we’ve helped raise over $88,000 for NYC public Schools.

Weddings
